Common Questions

I forgot my password.

Accounts use only a username and password. The app does not collect email addresses, so there is no email-based password recovery. If you lose your password, create a new account.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account menu in the app and choose account deletion. You will need to enter your password to confirm deletion.

Account deletion removes your account, sessions, public username identity, and published sequences. Ratings are removed through account deletion. Some moderation reports may be retained without your account identity where needed for safety, abuse prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Can I use the app without an account?

Yes. You can play locally and create locally saved sequences without an account. Community publishing, rating, account-based best results, and author blocking require an account. Reporting can be available without an account by using a local report identifier.

What does the app store?

For community features, the app stores username/account data, session data, published sequence data, YouTube video ID/canonical URL/title/duration/metadata refresh timestamp, ratings, reports, report comments, block records, play counts, completion/best-result data, and moderation status.

Local sequences and local best results can remain on your device when you use the app without an account.

Does the app download YouTube videos?

No. YouTube playback occurs through the visible embedded YouTube player. The app does not download, cache, extract, isolate, or background-play YouTube audiovisual content.

How do I report a sequence?

Use the report option on a community sequence and choose inappropriate username, abuse, spam, or other. You can also contact ezjwg@icloud.com with the username, YouTube title or video ID, and reason for the report.

How do I block an author?

If you are signed in and the app shows the block option for a community sequence, use it to hide that author's sequences from your community lists. Contact ezjwg@icloud.com if you need help with a block action.

How do I report copyright concerns?

For copyright concerns about a YouTube video, use YouTube's reporting tools.

For concerns about a community sequence, username, note data, or metadata in ZQNZ, contact ezjwg@icloud.com with enough detail to identify the content and explain the issue.

How do I make a privacy request?

Contact ezjwg@icloud.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data associated with your account. Include your username. Do not send your password.
